第十八届浙洽会主题论坛由浙江省商务厅和英国《金融时报》共同承办，以“开放、创新，拥抱新机遇”为主题，邀请国内外知名专家、学者、企业家等，围绕“聚焦十三五与浙江发展新机遇”“互联互通，开放创新”“特色经济与创新驱动”等组织演讲对话；发布《2016中国浙江投资报告》；发布“十三五”发展纲要、重点产业和项目、特色小镇等内容；进行国际产业合作园集体授牌；对优秀外商投资企业、优秀总经理、综合考评优秀开发区、参与“一带一路”建设示范企业等进行表彰；举行重大项目签约仪式等。

The Forum of the 18th ZJITS, co-organized by Zhejiang Department of Commerce and Financial Times Group, upholds the theme of “Openness, Innovation, Embrace New Opportunities”. The forum will gather notable international economists, scholars, business professionals and entrepreneurs to discuss the 13th Five-Year Plan, Zhejiang’s new business opportunities, connectivity and innovation. Financial Times Group will release 2015 Zhejiang Investment Report featuring Zhejiang’s 13th Five-Year Plan summary, key industries and Zhejiang’s characteristic towns. The forum will also launch Zhejiang’s international industry cooperation park and award outstanding foreign entrepreneurs who invest in Zhejiang and responding China’s One Belt One Road Initiative.
